By accessing and using Liv.uz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Liv.uz provides AI-powered voice agent services for businesses in Uzbekistan. Our agents handle inbound and outbound calls, integrate with Telegram, and process payments through local payment systems including Click and Payme.
3. User Obligations
- Provide accurate business and contact information
- Use the service in compliance with Uzbek law
- Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
4. Pricing and Payments
Our pricing is based on either a commission model (15% of closed deals) or a fixed monthly subscription ($499/month). All payments are processed in USD or UZS equivalent. Invoices are issued monthly.
5. Data Hosting
All data is hosted within Uzbekistan on TAS-IX compliant infrastructure. We comply with all local data sovereignty requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liv.uz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
