  • Transaction Data: Payment amounts, invoice history, commission calculations
  • Usage Data: Call volumes, conversion rates, agent performance metrics

  • To provide and improve our AI agent services
  • To process payments and generate invoices
  • To train and optimize our AI models
  • To communicate important service updates
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on servers located within Uzbekistan, compliant with TAS-IX regulations. We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.

4. Data Retention

Call recordings are retained for 90 days. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Uzbek tax law. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with:

  • Payment processors (Click, Payme) for transaction processing
  • Uztelecom for telephony services
  • Government authorities when legally required

6. Your Rights

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements)
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
