- Transaction Data: Payment amounts, invoice history, commission calculations

- To provide and improve our AI agent services
- To process payments and generate invoices
- To train and optimize our AI models
- To communicate important service updates
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on servers located within Uzbekistan, compliant with TAS-IX regulations. We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.
4. Data Retention
Call recordings are retained for 90 days. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Uzbek tax law. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share data with:
- Payment processors (Click, Payme) for transaction processing
- Uztelecom for telephony services
- Government authorities when legally required
